  • Embodied Barre Classes

    A different kind of Barre class.

    With a focus on bringing awareness to breath, movement, and form, you’ll gain balance, range of motion, and a deeper connection to your body.

    Unlike other fitness classes, where you can become very good at the exercises in the class, my goal is to instead make you very good at movement in your own body. You can then take that internal understanding and utilize it in your daily life; getting out of the car, gardening, lifting heavy objects, etc…

    *This class is pelvic floor and diastasis recti safe.

    Currently, these classes are being taught Mon/Wed/Fri at 9:45.

    The class runs 75-minutes on Mondays and Wednesdays. And 60-minutes on Fridays. Email for space availability. A 10-class card is $150. Drop-ins are $18.

  • Release and Restore

    This is a deliciously slowww class that will help restore your body back to a feeling of yummy ease.

    Using soft flowing holistic floor movements, therapy balls, visualizations, and breathwork you’ll begin to unravel your myofascia and bring your nervous system to calmness at the same time.

  • Qigong Group Classes

    Qigong has been called one of the most powerful healing techniques the world has ever known. It brings your mind, body, and heart energy together to achieve balance and healing through simple but powerful movements and quiet meditation.

    I am a level 3 practitioner and certified group practice leader of Spring Forest Qigong.

    This class is currently on hold as a weekly class, but there is the possibilty of sporadic outdoor pop-up classes through the summer. Sign up for my newsletter to keep up with any happenings.

  • Hypopressive classes for prolapse, incontinence, and core strength

    A format involving breathing and postural techniques to decrease intra-abdominal pressure in the core and help your body learn to manage this pressure better to prevent the onset of pelvic floor dysfunction or to help reduce the uncomfortable issues of prolapse.

    This class runs in 5-week sessions.
